SUBSCRIPTIONS

By subscribing to our surprise box service, you agree to the following terms:

1. Minimum Order Commitment:

   • The subscription has a minimum commitment of 2 orders before it can be canceled.
   • This means you may request cancellation of your subscription only after you have received and completed at least two orders.
     
     

2. Policy in Case of Order Rejection:

   • If you decide to reject an order upon delivery, the withdrawal return policies will apply, including any associated costs as stipulated in our general return conditions.
   • Rejecting an order does not exempt you from fulfilling the minimum commitment of two orders.
     
     

3. Subscription Cancellation:

   • Once the minimum commitment of two orders is fulfilled, you may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting our customer service or through the tools available in your account.
