Shipping and delivery
To which destinations do you ship your products?
We ship worldwide using postal and courier services.
(Normally, we prepare and ship your package the same day, except during peak periods like Christmas when order volume is higher. Package preparation time is not included in the shipping times shown below.)
Delivery days: Monday to Friday only, excluding public holidays
All packages will require a delivery signature to confirm that the package has been successfully delivered.
Please note that customs duties may apply in some countries outside the European Union. We cannot refund customs fees charged by local authorities.
How long does it take you to prepare an order?
Normally, we prepare and ship your order the same day (or within a maximum of two business days), except during peak periods such as Christmas, when order volume is higher and preparation delays may occur. This processing time is not included in the shipping time.
So, if you've chosen Express Shipping (2 to 4 business days), for example, the delivery time will begin counting from the moment your order is prepared and handed over to the carrier. At that point, you'll receive a shipping confirmation and tracking email.
If you added the Priority Pass product to your order, it will be processed first. This means that all orders in our daily queue that could cause delays will be skipped so yours is processed first. This ensures our team prepares your package before everyone else.
The PRIORITY PASS only affects order preparation, not shipping, so purchasing it does not guarantee faster delivery. Important: If you have purchased the PRIORITY PASS and one of the products in your order is on backorder due to lack of stock, we will process your order with priority as soon as the new stock arrives.
What is priority access?

REST OF THE WORLD
International shipping costs vary depending on the weight of the order. Check the cost and delivery times on the checkout screen. Shipping to all countries is via DHL Express, except for Mexico , where we offer two services: International Mail (15 to 20 business days) and DHL Express.
IMPORTANT
If the product you purchased was acquired as a Reservation or Pre-order (see order confirmation) , its shipment will be made according to the timeframes indicated on the product, with the stock replenishment waiting time being approximately 5 to 15 business days.
Reserving a product means that the customer makes the purchase of it to guarantee priority delivery of the product once we receive the stock.
In addition, ALL cases are shipped separately from another branch via standard mail with tracking and have free shipping, with a delivery time of 7 to 10 days. Cases can only be purchased if the customer resides in Europe.
Are there any customs charges?
Customers in the European Union do not have to pay any extra costs to receive a package after it has cleared customs in the destination country.
Customs duties may apply to international purchases outside the European Union . These charges are collected by the local customs authorities of the destination country, and we cannot predict their amount or reimburse them. If these fees are not paid and the package is returned to the sender, Camisetas Fútbol Sorpresa reserves the right to deduct any additional charges incurred for returning the package to our warehouse.
How can I track my order?
Typically, we'll send two emails regarding the status of your order. The first is to confirm the order, and the second will notify you that it has shipped. The second email contains a tracking number and a link so you can track its whereabouts.
Please allow 24 hours for the logistics company to update the tracking numbers.
Why does the shipping cost vary depending on my order?
If your order is being shipped to a country other than Spain or Andorra, the system will automatically adjust the shipping prices depending on your cart.
For example, the shipping cost for 1 mystery box going to Germany will be lower compared to sending 10 boxes.
Delayed Deliveries
Occasionally, issues may arise, but our customer service team will do everything possible to resolve them and ensure your orders reach their destination as quickly as possible.
We define a delayed package as one that hasn't arrived within the dates indicated at the time of purchase. If you don't remember this date, you can find it in the original order confirmation email.
However, a delayed delivery doesn't mean the package is lost; in fact, it's very rare for packages to be lost in transit. In the rare event that the carrier declares a package lost, we may be able to offer a full refund or a replacement, depending on your preference and stock availability. Loss declarations can only be made after a certain period of time following shipment. This varies by country, but the typical timeframe is 30 business days.
If a package doesn't arrive by the end of the estimated delivery time, please contact us and we'll open an investigation with our shipping partners. We won't be able to do so until then.
Our shipping partners will track the package on their network and provide an update that we'll share with you once we receive it. This process typically takes 2 to 3 business days, but please allow up to 7 days for the process to complete, as it may take longer during busy periods.
We won't be able to investigate a package or declare it lost if it was shipped more than 80 days ago. Please contact us as soon as possible if a package is delayed.
In some situations, our customer service team members may choose to skip the shipment tracking portion of this process. However, they will only do so if our shipping partners have already reported potential delays in the geographic area where your package is destined, as tracking will not provide any additional information.
Orders returned to sender
Orders may be returned to the sender for one or more of the following reasons:
- An incorrect or incomplete address
- An illegible label that has probably been damaged in transit
- Attempted delivery, without a new delivery or collection being arranged within the timeframe allocated by the carrier
- Delivery refused by the recipient
Once initiated by a carrier, we cannot prevent the return process. This process is slower than the outbound journey, and the return time depends on the location and reason for the return.
Returned packages may take up to 4 weeks to arrive at our warehouse, depending on the intended destination. We will email you to arrange reshipment as soon as we receive your package. We cannot issue refunds or replacements until returned packages arrive at our warehouse. In the event of loss during the return trip, we cannot issue refunds or replacement orders if the package was returned to the sender for reasons 1, 3, or 4 mentioned above.

Is there a list of the teams that appear in each box?
We don't have a public list of which teams appear in each box. Our stock varies daily, so it would be impossible to update the jerseys appearing in each box.
The range we set for each shirt is defined by several parameters:
- The design you have.
- The level of the team.
- Exclusivity.
The range of boxes (Standard, Premium, and Elite) isn't determined solely by club level. You can find more information in our box comparison table.
The product appears in Reserve, what does this mean?
If a product is marked as a pre-order, it means that it is currently out of stock, but it will be restocked within approximately 10 to 15 days. By pre-ordering, you are guaranteed priority access to the product as soon as it becomes available.
Once you reserve your item and make your payment, you won't need to do anything else. When we receive the new inventory, we'll prepare your order and ship it, notifying you via email that it has been shipped along with the tracking number. (Please check your spam folder in case it ends up there.)
During times like Christmas, restocking times for requested products may be shorter, but we cannot know exactly when the carrier will arrive with the new shipment at our facilities.
Are the shirts 100% authentic?
At Surprise Football Shirts , we're just as passionate about football as you are. That's why we guarantee that all our shirts are 100% authentic and official, sourced directly from the teams or authorized licensees. Every shirt reflects quality, with original materials and designs.
We work hand in hand with teams and licensees to ensure authenticity with every purchase.
My Retro jersey is missing the technical sponsor, why?
If you have purchased a Retro box and it does not have a technical sponsor or chest sponsor, it is because these shirts are official licensed reissues of the clubs themselves, made by themselves or by an authorized manufacturer.
This means that the club may currently have a different technical sponsor (Adidas, Nike, Umbro, Kappa, etc.) than it did a few years ago. That's why some of the reissues released by clubs don't include it, as it would contractually conflict with the current sponsor.
I received a size I didn't order, what should I do?
If you received a size you didn't order, it could be for two reasons:
- We've adjusted the sizing because this brand's t-shirt runs narrower or wider than usual according to our size guide. Many of our t-shirts also come from regions where sizing doesn't correspond to European sizes. For example, a size L in a t-shirt from the United States might be a size XL or M in Spain. That's why we carefully adjust the sizes based on the approximate measurements in the chart. This is explained in the size guide .
- It may have been a human error when preparing the box. If it is confirmed that it was indeed an error on our part, we will provide you with a free shipping label so you can make the exchange.
I received a box and the design is not the same as the one on the website, why?
The boxes we send to our customers always have the same design and are generic (except for the Retro and our SPQR jersey boxes). This means that regardless of whether you ordered a Premium, Standard, Pre-Match, Low-Cost, or Elite jersey, they will always be the same when you receive them.
The physical design of the Box we send does not correspond to any category.
Is there any way to differentiate the boxes by size?
Yes, if you buy several boxes of the same model but different sizes, we add a sticker on the outside of each box with the corresponding size.
The same applies if you purchase different box models: we add a sticker indicating whether it's Standard, Premium, Elite, etc.
What are the measurements of the garments?
You can check the sizes of our garments by accessing our Size Chart page.
Can you choose the shirt?
The magic of our soccer jersey surprise boxes lies in the surprise! 🎁⚽
The idea is that you don't know which jersey you'll receive, adding an exciting touch to the experience. However, if there are up to five teams you'd rather avoid, you can discard them and we'll make sure they're not in your surprise box! 😊
How to wash and care for football shirts?
Proper care of your soccer jersey is important to keep it in good condition and prolong its lifespan. Below are three steps for washing and caring for your soccer jersey:
- Storage: Before washing your soccer jersey, it's important to store it properly. Make sure to fold it and place it in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight. It's also recommended to store it in a place free from dust and moisture.
- Washing: To wash your soccer jersey, follow the care instructions on the label. In general, it's recommended to wash soccer jerseys by hand or on a delicate cycle in the washing machine. Use a mild detergent and avoid fabric softeners. It's also recommended to wash the soccer jersey with similarly colored clothing to prevent discoloration.
- Drying: Once washed, be sure to dry your soccer jersey properly. Do not expose it to direct sunlight and avoid using a dryer. It is recommended to hang it on a clothesline or lay it flat to dry. Make sure it is completely dry before folding or storing it.
It's important to note that some soccer jerseys have a patch. This can be washed with the jersey, but it's recommended not to put it in the dryer to avoid damage. By following these three simple steps, you can keep your soccer jersey in good condition and extend its lifespan.
I don't want to be touched by a specific shirt, what do I do?
At Camisetas Fútbol Sorpresa we only allow you to discard up to 5 teams . Although we can take into consideration your personal tastes if possible beyond the discards (for example: I like dark shirts / I like flashy things / I'm not a fan of English teams...), these suggestions may not always be fulfilled.
This is because our stock varies daily and is limited, beyond the 5 teams that are discarded. Camisetas Fútbol Sorpresa reserves the right to deny the free exchange if the customer has discarded leagues, entire countries or other discards that are not the 5 TEAMS TO DISCARD.
In the event that the customer has discarded more than 5 teams (for example, 7), only the first 5 teams that are noted will be considered. If you have already made another purchase with us previously, the team you were assigned will automatically be discarded.
Promotions and other
How do coupons that give you free products work?
If there's an active promotion offering a free product when you use the coupon (for example, a free calendar), it will be sent with your order. You must add that product to your cart for the discount to be applied.
If you have chosen a pack that includes the free product and you use the promotion, you will not be refunded; instead, the unit from the pack plus the free one will be sent.

Are the phone cases official club merchandise?
Yes, the mobile phone cases have the official licenses of the clubs.
Please remember that the cases are shipped separately if you also purchase a surprise box or other product.
Why isn't my discount coupon working?
If you want to use a discount coupon but it's not being applied to the product, it could be for these reasons:
- The product in question is already on sale and the coupon works for products without discounts.
- Coupons cannot be used on official T-shirts.
- The coupon has expired.
- The coupon may have a maximum number of uses.
- It may be limited to certain products and your cart does not contain those products.
- You cannot apply more than one coupon.
- No discount coupons of any kind are ever applied to mobile phone cases.

Does the order packaging come with the brand logo on the outside?
When packing our products for shipment, they are placed in a plastic bag with our brand's colors and logos.
At the moment, we can't offer plain packaging without logos in case the recipient is the one who will receive the gift and you don't want them to know. However, please contact us so we can try to find a solution.
Please note that the shipping label provided by Correos also shows our company name as the sender, and this information must always remain.
We are a large group, are there any volume discounts?
Yes, we offer volume discounts. If you are a group of 5 or more friends, you can use our discount coupon GROUP to save 5%.
If you're a group and want to place an order, we recommend that only one person place the order to avoid duplicate shirts. If each person buys their box individually and then opens them all at the same time, it's likely that some shirts will be the same.

Exchanges and returns
How do I prepare the product and its box for return or exchange?
It’s important to keep the original packaging, whether it's a jersey in its box, a map, or a poster in its cardboard tube.
If you ever want to request a size change or return, it's ESSENTIAL to send the product back exactly as you received it. This helps prevent any damage during the return shipping — like bumps, irreversible harm, or water damage due to weather conditions.
If the product arrives in poor condition, unfortunately, we won’t be able to proceed with the exchange or refund.
For extra protection, you can wrap the jersey box in a plastic bag — just like it came originally.
Do you accept exchanges and returns?
Surprise Football Shirts gives the buyer a return period of 14 calendar days from the date of delivery of the Product.
Only returns of Products that meet the following requirements will be accepted:
- The product must be in perfect condition (except for manufacturing defects), complete, and in its original packaging/box that protects the product.
- That the product has not been used in any way.
*Please note that the return shipping costs for cancellations or refunds are the responsibility of the buyer. The cost for mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands is €7.99 per package. For the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla, automatic returns are not available; therefore, the buyer must send the product via a post office with the printed return form included.
**For all other regions of the world, return shipping costs will vary by country. The buyer is responsible for these costs and must arrange shipping with their preferred carrier and include the return form inside the package. Returns cannot be processed through our online return portal.
***The above warning does not apply to products with manufacturing defects.
If you need to exchange a size and the order was placed outside of Spain, the buyer will be responsible for both the shipping costs to our facilities and the reshipping of the new size to their address. For more information on how to process this, please contact our Customer Service department.
No returns will be accepted in the following cases:
- If the Products are not in perfect condition (except for manufacturing defects).
- If more than 14 calendar days have passed since the delivery of the Product that you intend to return (including gift cards).
- If the product has been damaged by misuse or negligence (exposure to chemicals, caustic substances, open flame source, excessive heat, sharp objects...).
- Products customized by the customer.
- Cancellation of the programming order 2 months or less prior to the estimated delivery date of the Product.
- If the product was purchased on clearance or sale.
- If the product was purchased through an intermediary, the return must be requested directly through the intermediary, under their return policy.
- If the product labels are removed in any case, including in case of an error on our part in preparing the order in sizes or equipment selection.
Since the purpose of our website is to send our customers a random t-shirt, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds. That said, customer satisfaction is very important to us, so in exceptional cases, such as if you received a damaged or duplicate item, or if the size is significantly different from what you expected, we can offer an exchange.
*In the cases described, when a customer attempts a return that is subject to the terms and conditions herein, the customer must assume the amount described above as "reverse logistics." If the received order does not contain everything that was shipped (including merchandise, trading cards, or gifts), CAMISETAS FÚTBOL SORPRESA reserves the right to deduct a percentage of the refund amount, as this would constitute a partial refund. The cost of the Priority Pass service is non-refundable.

CFS AUTOMATION SL (“SURPRISE FOOTBALL SHIRTS”) and the buyer (the “Buyer”) of the clothing items, SURPRISE FOOTBALL SHIRTS products (the “Product/s”), acknowledge to the final consumer buyer of the Products (“User”), the replacement and repair periods for the same for defective product , required at any time according to the Consumer and User Protection Law .
Only products with their original tags and the "Original Product" seal will be accepted for return. To request a return, please use our online RETURNS PORTAL.
Please note: If you wish to exchange your shirt for a different size, we will try to match the shirt you initially received, although due to stock limitations, this is not always possible. If the reason for the exchange is that you would prefer a shirt from another team, we can only exchange it ONCE. The stated deadline for making an exchange is 14 days from receipt of the order.
For exchanges, we only exchange the t-shirt, not the other items. Therefore, in your return order, you can send only the t-shirt. You can keep the rest of the products (magazine, trading cards, scarves, etc.).
For returns, you must return EVERYTHING that was in the package/boxes (including merchandise). Otherwise, we reserve the right to deduct a percentage from the refund amount for the missing items.
You MUST return the shirt in the condition in which you received it; if you have removed the tags, we will not be able to issue an exchange.
In addition, you MUST print and complete the following form and include it when you return the shirt to us. If you do not include this form when you return your shirt, it will be extremely difficult for us to track it, and we cannot guarantee that you will receive a replacement. Furthermore, it is your responsibility to pay for the postage of any returned item.

I don't like the shirt I got — can I exchange it for another one?
Yes! We can exchange your jersey without any problem — what matters most is that you're happy with your surprise. Camisetas Fútbol Sorpresa offers a 14-day return period, starting from the delivery date.
The conditions for exchanging a jersey are the same as those mentioned in the previous section.

I want to cancel my subscription and can't. Why?
By subscribing to our surprise box subscription service, you agree to the following conditions:
Minimum Order Commitment:
- The subscription has a minimum commitment of 3 orders before it can be cancelled.
- This means that you can request cancellation of your subscription only after you have received and completed at least three orders.
Order Rejection Policy:
- If you decide to refuse an order at the time of delivery, the return policies for withdrawal will apply, including any associated costs as stipulated in our general return conditions.
- The rejection of an order does not exempt one from fulfilling the minimum commitment of three orders.
Subscription Cancellation:
- Once you have fulfilled the minimum commitment of three orders, you can cancel your subscription at any time by contacting our customer service or through the tools available in your account.
