PRODUCT RETURNS / WITHDRAWAL

Camisetas Fútbol Sorpresa grants the buyer a 14-calendar-day return period starting from the date of delivery of the Product. 

Only returns of Products that meet the following requirements will be accepted:

  • The Product must be in perfect condition (except in case of manufacturing defect), complete and in its original packaging. 
  • The Product must not have been used in any way.

*Please note that the return logistics cost for withdrawal or return must be covered by the buyer. The cost in Mainland Spain and Balearic Islands is €7.99 per package. For the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla, the buyer will not have access to automatic return, so the product must be sent through a Correos office with the printed return form inside the package.

**For the rest of the world, the return cost will depend on each country. The buyer must cover the cost using the shipping company of their choice and include the return form in the package. It cannot be handled through our return portal.

***The above warning does not apply to products with manufacturing defects or errors in size caused by us.

In case of a size exchange for an order placed outside Spain, the buyer must cover both the shipping cost to our facilities and the re-shipping cost of the new size to the customer’s address. For this process, you can contact our Customer Service for more information.

Returns will NOT be accepted in the following cases: 

  • If the Products are not in perfect condition (except in case of manufacturing defect). 
  • If more than 14 calendar days have passed since the delivery of the Product to be returned.
  • If the Product has been damaged due to misuse or negligence (exposure to chemicals, caustic substances, open flame sources, excessive heat, sharp objects, etc.). 
  • Products customized by the customer.
  • Cancellation of a scheduled order with 2 months or less before the estimated delivery date.  
  • If the Product was purchased on clearance or special offer.  
  • If the Product was purchased through an intermediary; in such case, the return must be requested directly through the intermediary under their return policy.  

As the purpose of our website is to send our customers a random football shirt, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds. That said, customer satisfaction is very important to us, so in extreme cases such as receiving a damaged item, a duplicate, or a size significantly different from expected, we may offer an exchange.

At Camisetas Fútbol Sorpresa we only allow up to 5 teams to be excluded. While we may consider your personal preferences beyond those exclusions (e.g., I like dark shirts / I like flashy ones / I’m not a fan of English teams...), please note that these suggestions may not always be followed.

This is because our stock changes daily and is limited beyond the 5 excluded teams. Camisetas Fútbol Sorpresa reserves the right to deny a free exchange if the customer has excluded leagues, entire countries, or other restrictions beyond the 5 TEAMS TO BE EXCLUDED.

If the customer has excluded more than 5 teams (e.g., 7), only the first 5 noted teams will be considered. If you’ve already made another purchase with us, the team you received will automatically be excluded from the new order.

*In the above cases, if the customer attempts a return that is NOT subject to withdrawal as specified here; the customer must cover the logistics cost (“reverse logistics”) and a 10% depreciation and warehouse handling fee on the final price of the returned product(s).

**The above does not apply to products with manufacturing defects.  

CFS AUTOMATION S.L. (“CAMISETAS FÚTBOL SORPRESA”) and the buyer (the “Buyer”) of the clothing items, CAMISETAS FÚTBOL SORPRESA products (the “Product(s)”), recognize the final consumer of the Products (“User”), and the deadlines for replacement and repair of defective products as required by the Consumer Protection Law.  

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

Only returns of Products with original tags and Product seal will be accepted. To request a return, it must be done through our website RETURN PORTAL

Please note: If you want to exchange your shirt for a different size, we will try to match the shirt you originally received, although this may not always be possible due to stock limitations. If the reason for the change is that you prefer a shirt from another team, we can only exchange it ONCE. The indicated period for making the change is 14 days from receiving your order. 

YOU MUST return the shirt in the same condition in which you received it; if the tags have been removed, we will not be able to issue an exchange.

Additionally, you MUST print and complete the following form and include it when returning the shirt. If you do not include this form when returning your shirt, it will be extremely difficult for us to track and we cannot guarantee you will receive a replacement. It is also your responsibility to pay the postage for any returned item.

If you cannot print the above form, you may clearly write the required information on a separate sheet of paper and include it with the return.
